Mobile Agent works with the MLXchange and TEMPO 5 MLS systems to give Realtors and their clients the power to immediately get MLS information on a house for sale using any mobile phone or wireless device with text messaging capabilities.

How it Works

1. Agents use a simple Web interface to sign up for the service and register their phone to work with MobileAgent. Agents have the option of signing up their clients’ phones, allowing buyers to use the service directly.
2. When users see a property for sale they want to know more about, they can search for the property by sending a short text message to a special number.
3. The text message can contain the property address and/or street name, but users can also search by MLS number or neighborhood.
4. In seconds, a text message is returned to the users’ phone with information about the home, including the property’s price, the number of beds, the number of baths, and a description of the property.
5. Users can then reply to the text message to get the listing agent’s contact information or forward the information to another number.
6. Users with HTML browsing devices have the option of accessing more detailed listing data and images, which can also be forwarded to another user if desired.
