Two More Interealty Customers Cut Over to MLXchange
February 1, 2005 - Two more Interealty customers, the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington (Ontario) and Darien MLS (Connecticut) have successfully cut over to standalone MLXchange.
The 1,900 members of Hamilton-Burlington, which used an in-house MLS system for the previous 23 years, made the transition on December 14, 2004.
The Darien Multiple Listing Service successfully switched to standalone MLXchange on January 26, 2005. With nearly 500 Realtor members, Darien MLS serves one of the nation’s most prestigious real estate markets where homes sell for more than $1.1 million on average.
